Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Downers Grove, Illinois. In this long-term contract role, you will play a vital part in ensuring clear communication and providing excellent support to our customers. This position offers an opportunity to showcase your ability to listen attentively and deliver accurate solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Write and proofread reports on lab results using pre-existing templates
  • Communicate effectively with scientists and other stakeholders to accurately interpret and relay information
  • Process and manage customer orders with precision, maintaining attention to detail
  • Handle outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and order entries in the system
  • Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and achieve resolution efficiently
  • Uphold company standards by providing courteous and empathetic support to every customer
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide timely and grammatically correct solutions
  • Adapt to changing processes and priorities to meet business needs
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in meetings and discussions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in responding to emails and writing reports
  • Proficiency in English (writing & speaking)
  • Strong skills in order entry and attention to detail
  • Exceptional listening and communication abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of professionals
  • Proven problem-solving skills to address customer concerns
  • Familiarity with maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems or processes
