We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support sales operations and deliver responsive service to clients in San Francisco, California. Job Responsibility
Prepare pricing information and customer quotations in partnership with the sales team to support timely responses to client requests
Track purchase activity and vendor commitments to help ensure orders move forward accurately and on schedule
Communicate with customers regarding order progress, expected delivery timing, and any updates that may affect fulfillment
Resolve shipping or order-related concerns by coordinating with internal team members and external partners to reach practical solutions
Enter and maintain order details in company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally while providing clear information and dependable follow-up
Support a collaborative office environment by assisting with shared priorities as workload shifts throughout the day
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, sales support, retail, call center operations, or a similarly fast-paced service environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks at the same time, and meet deadlines consistently
Comfort working with order entry systems, standard business software, and other computer-based tools
A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to adapt as business needs change
High attention to detail and commitment to completing work accurately from start to finish
Nice to have
Background or familiarity with textiles, interior design, or fine art is helpful but not required
