Customer Service Representative

• Prepare pricing information and customer quotations in partnership with the sales team to support timely responses to client requests
• Track purchase activity and vendor commitments to help ensure orders move forward accurately and on schedule
• Communicate with customers regarding order progress, expected delivery timing, and any updates that may affect fulfillment
• Resolve shipping or order-related concerns by coordinating with internal team members and external partners to reach practical solutions
• Enter and maintain order details in company systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally while providing clear information and dependable follow-up
• Support a collaborative office environment by assisting with shared priorities as workload shifts throughout the day

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, retail, call center operations, or a similarly fast-paced service environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
• Proven ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks at the same time, and meet deadlines consistently
• Comfort working with order entry systems, standard business software, and other computer-based tools
• A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to adapt as business needs change
• High attention to detail and commitment to completing work accurately from start to finish

Background or familiarity with textiles, interior design, or fine art is helpful but not required
