We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a manufacturing operation in Las Vegas, Nevada. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating customer orders, collaborating across internal teams, and keeping clients informed throughout the order lifecycle. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering dependable service across a range of product lines.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate quote requests with the appropriate internal team and relay essential details to support accurate and timely responses
Partner with intake, quoting, and sales teams to address questions, support project activity, and participate in kickoff discussions for new customer orders
Oversee customer account administration and ensure order-related records remain complete, current, and organized
Process orders with accuracy and urgency, including collecting deposits or payments when required and preparing ticket selections within established timelines
Enter and upload order documentation to customer portals and shared internal files while maintaining clear, up-to-date order information
Monitor open orders, revise shipping schedules in the system as needed, and communicate timeline changes to customers and sales representatives
Perform stock availability checks and send shipment notifications for direct-ship orders to keep customers informed
Handle post-order activities and respond to customer requests tied to national accounts, hospitality, international, private label, and other specialized programs
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or order entry within a fast-paced business environment
Ability to manage inbound and outbound communication professionally while resolving questions from customers and internal teams
Familiarity with order management processes, shipping coordination, and customer account support
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Zendesk, and Microsoft Office 365
Experience supporting manufacturing, OEM, or product-based organizations is strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Clear verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
