Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. Based in Omaha, Nebraska, this position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer support. Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Resolve customer concerns by identifying the root cause and providing appropriate solutions
Provide clear and precise communication, adapting to different customer needs and situations
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is required
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
