We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions and ensure a positive experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a professional manner
Resolve customer issues, concerns, and questions efficiently and accurately
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in internal systems
Process orders, service requests, returns, or account updates as needed
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards
Maintain a positive, helpful, and solution‑oriented attitude
Requirements:
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem‑solving and active listening abilities
Proficiency with computers and CRM or customer management systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
Dependable, punctual, and customer‑focused
High school diploma or equivalent required
