We are looking for a success-driven and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting sales operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Create and maintain accurate customer quotes to ensure all details are captured correctly
Proactively follow up with clients to address inquiries, provide updates, and enhance overall satisfaction
Perform data entry tasks across internal systems to ensure records are current and precise
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver a seamless and efficient customer experience
Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the department
Respond to inbound calls and emails with professionalism and a customer-focused approach
Manage both inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and move opportunities forward
Provide timely and accurate order entry to support sales and client service processes
Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members for resolution
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call center environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain a friendly and detail-oriented demeanor
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Comfort with learning and navigating new systems and processes efficiently
Familiarity with order entry, inbound and outbound call handling, and related customer service tools
A team-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture

Proficiency in handling customer interactions across multiple channels, including phone and email
