Requirements

You are customer service oriented, tech-savvy, like to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment
You possess strong written and verbal skills, with ability to identify the reason for the call and relay accurate information in a clear and understandable format
Must be able to obtain Reliability Status through the Government of Canada (includes a background check with fingerprinting by the RCMP)

Job Responsibility

Help Clients and advisors with questions about our products, services, policies and claims through inbound calls
Analyze and find solutions to client problems in a friendly and proactive way
Provide Clients and advisors with additional information on comapany's products & services in support of their financial and health goals
Ensure our Clients and advisors have the right information taking the right amount of their time

Knowledge in SAP ERP/CRM preferred
Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Good organizational, oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Demonstrate ability to deal with customers politely and tactfully
Perform assignments by established deadlines and manage time effectively
A flexible attitude with proven experience of working independently or with other members of a sales team
Able to lift 30lbs individually and 50 lbs with additional support

Job Responsibility

Assist Customer Operations Manager on various sales related tasks and projects
Provide customer service, sales and technical product support to direct customers, distributors and WAGO Regional Sales
Educate customers about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction
Receive requests for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, returns and cancellations directly from customers and distributors
Use SAP system to retrieve customer information, job status updates, stock and purchase order status and pricing
Communicate effectively with multiple department in order to resolve customer issues
Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service. Deal with customers concerning matters which require some tact and resourcefulness
Interaction with other personnel in order to improve workflow, customer service and ensure on-time delivery
Support the warehouse periodically in receiving returned product and and keeping stock organized
Additional duties as required
