Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is a Contract to permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within the organization while delivering exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
Manage both inbound and outbound communications via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain customer records and process orders
Handle scheduling requests and coordinate appointments as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to prepare reports and update documentation
Process order entries efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Provide consistent and timely email correspondence to address customer needs
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery
Follow established protocols and procedures to deliver high-quality customer service
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalate concerns when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
Demonstrated experience in scheduling appointments and coordinating tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
