We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team onsite in Anderson, Indiana. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to ministers, churches, and constituents, while ensuring smooth administrative and technical operations. Job Responsibility:
Provide outstanding customer service and pastoral care to individuals via phone and other communication channels
Maintain and update minister and church data, ensuring accuracy and reliability of records
Support administrative operations by assisting with front desk duties and covering for the Executive Assistant when needed
Develop and document processes, and cross-train team members on Engagement Team responsibilities
Manage technical support tickets, ensuring proper documentation and resolution in a timely manner
Continuously improve technical knowledge and system proficiency to better assist constituents
Share accurate and timely information with constituents to address their inquiries effectively
Collaborate with team members to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in a business environment
Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems and a strong technical aptitude
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in data management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused and empathetic approach
Proficiency in administrative tasks, office software, and the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
Flexibility to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to evolving responsibilities
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is highly desirable
