Customer Service Representative – Saint-Bruno Are you known for your energy and your ability to provide an outstanding customer experience? Our client, a global leader in the flooring industry, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Saint-Bruno. In this key role, you will be the link between customers, sales, and logistics to ensure a seamless order flow within a stimulating, bilingual environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full order cycle, from ERP system entry to final delivery
Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and lead times
Collaborate closely with the warehouse and internal departments to resolve logistical challenges
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure rigorous follow-up on customer files
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative or Account Management role
Perfectly bilingual (French/English) with excellent writing skills
Proficient with ERP systems
Cheerful and proactive temperament with excellent priority management
Ability to work in Saint-Bruno with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Navision is an asset
