We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily customer interactions for a Contract position based in Newbury Park, California. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries, process orders accurately, and provide timely assistance across phone-based service channels. Job Responsibility
Respond to inbound customer calls with professionalism, providing clear information and resolving questions efficiently
Enter customer orders into the appropriate system with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Assist customers with product, service, and order-related inquiries to ensure a positive service experience
Conduct outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, confirm details, or provide status updates
Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate service records and support issue resolution
Manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting service expectations
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams when additional support or resolution is required
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
Demonstrated ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while delivering courteous and efficient support
Experience with order entry and maintaining accuracy when processing customer information
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers
Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up, clarification, or service-related communication
Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate customer service systems confidently
