Our company is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in accepting orders from clients, processing shipments, and delivering exceptional customer support throughout the process.
Job Responsibility:
Accept and accurately process customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms
Prepare and coordinate shipment documentation to ensure timely delivery
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Update order status and customer records using Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
Manage email correspondence using Outlook and maintain organized records
Work collaboratively with internal departments to support order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
MUST be fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or shipping support is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
