Our client in the Logistics sector is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Established in 2018, they look after the movement of vehicles for a range of customers. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for their next role with more of a work life balance. Whilst customer service experience is desirable, it is not essential and applications from all backgrounds will be considered.
Job Responsibility:
Managing customer relationships
Responding to all telephone and email queries
Working closely with internal departments
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Informing customers of issues or delays
Inputting and ensuring accuracy on customers' orders
Problem solving whilst working to meet deadlines
Handling information and sensitive data
Requirements:
A good multitasker that shows attention to detail and the ability to retain information
Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to all queries in a timely manner via phone and email
The ability to engage with multiple departments and stakeholders in a confident and controlled manner
Proven track record of being a 'customer champion' and providing an excellent service from start to finish
Driving licence (essential)
Nice to have:
Experience within the automotive sector particularly from a car rental background
A pleasant telephone manner and strong attention to detail
A good level of competence in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel)
