Job Responsibility:
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls efficiently and with attention to detail
Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information and solutions

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve complex issues
Monitor and adhere to call center performance metrics and service standards

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
Strong proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly
Experience handling inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries
