Job Responsibility:
Ensure all customer service centre operations such as phone enquires, emails, quotes, sales orders, web orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner
Procure any customers requirements daily as necessary in line with our company procedure, ensuring all costs are recovered (e.g. freight)
Respond to and manage (if appropriate) any customer inquiries or complaints or refer them through the appropriate channels and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Submit and follow up on quotations
Liaise with Manager to stop credit issues
Action any RTS goods and documentation as required
Adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures as described in the P&P manual
Report to manager on the performance of the OHSMS

Ensure the integrity of the OHSMS is maintained
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in customer service
Ability to identify and capture new business opportunities with existing customers
Natural problem-solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue collar, construction & industrial stakeholders
