Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Simi Valley, California. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calls. The role is essential in generating leads, assessing customer interest, and supporting the sales team by scheduling appointments or transferring opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, averaging 100–150 calls daily
  • Assess leads and determine customer interest to decide the next steps
  • Schedule appointments or transfer opportunities to the sales team
  • Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive and persuasive demeanor
  • Accurately document customer interactions and outcomes in the company's system
  • Follow up on previous communications to nurture leads and build relationships
  • Respond to inbound calls and inquiries when necessary
  • Perform basic data entry tasks to ensure records are updated and organized
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize customer outreach strategies
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company services to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role
  • Proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong skills in handling objections and maintaining composure under pressure
  • Experience with order entry and accurate data documentation
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
