Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and articulate Customer Service Representative to join our team in North Chesterfield, Virginia. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be working in a fast-paced call center environment, building strong relationships with clients while ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver prompt and accurate customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling client information and records
  • Process complex transactions and perform thorough research to resolve intricate customer concerns
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Office tools and other systems to manage and track customer interactions efficiently
  • Communicate clearly and professionally through verbal and written channels, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Navigate multiple computer applications and databases to retrieve and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer issues and maintain strong relationships
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on providing solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Schedule appointments and manage order entries with attention to detail
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and other correspondence channels promptly and professionally

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a call center setting
  • Strong ability to process complex transactions and conduct extensive research to resolve customer inquiries
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Competence in navigating multiple computer systems and using search tools to locate information
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on resolving issues with integrity and professionalism
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk and other customer service platforms is a plus
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive and customer-focused attitude
