Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls professionally and resolve customer inquiries effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry systems

Assist customers with order entry and processing to meet their needs
Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes
Provide support for both inbound and outbound calls as needed

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations within the call center
Requirements:
