Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally
Manage email correspondence to resolve issues and provide information

Process and enter customer orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively
Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain reports

Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
