Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mount Prospect, Illinois. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on providing excellent support to clients while ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and address customer inquiries professionally
  • Manage email correspondence to resolve issues and provide information
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately to maintain organized records
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients as needed
  • Process and enter customer orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word to create and maintain reports
  • Provide support in both inbound and outbound call scenarios
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a call center environment
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally
  • Demonstrated skill in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to schedule and manage appointments efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
