Customer Service Representative

• Welcome children and families to the event and provide a positive, helpful experience throughout the program
• Lead simple math-based games in a way that keeps participants engaged, supported, and eager to join in
• Oversee an assigned activity station, making sure materials are ready, the area stays orderly, and transitions are smooth
• Explain game instructions clearly and offer encouragement so children can participate with confidence
• Monitor the flow of guests at the station and maintain a safe, fun, and inclusive environment
• Respond to participant questions promptly and professionally while helping resolve minor issues during the event

• Previous customer service experience in a public-facing or event-based setting
• Comfortable interacting with children and families in a positive and detail-oriented manner
• Strong communication skills with the ability to give simple, clear directions
• Ability to stay organized and attentive while managing an active station
• Dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced contract assignment
• Experience with inbound or outbound customer interaction, call center support, or general service roles is helpful
