Job Responsibility:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
Accurately process and input customer orders into the system, ensuring all data is error-free
Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner
Maintain a detailed and organized record of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve overall customer experience
Uphold company standards by adhering to established procedures and guidelines
Monitor and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform heavy data entry tasks accurately
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-focused approach
