Job Description:

We are searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills for Domino's Pizza. The job involves making, baking, or taking pizzas, with schedules that work with you. It's a place to grow, perhaps to management or beyond. The work conditions include exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, and sharp edges. Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, crouching, reaching, and various hand tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Make, bake, or take pizzas during the hungry hours of the day and night
Remove trash
Stock shelves
Clean work areas and dishes
Assemble pizza boxes
Answer phones
Change prices on signs
Wash walls
Perform maintenance

Requirements:

Personality and people skills
Ability to work under varying and adverse weather conditions
Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 36 to 90+ degrees
Ability to handle fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust
Ability to work in cramped quarters
Ability to handle hot surfaces/tools up to 500 degrees or higher
Ability to work around sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
Talking and hearing on telephone
Near and mid-range vision
Depth perception
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces

Carrying large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces), pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds per tray, three at a time)
Pushing/pulling trays on dollies (force up to 7.5 pounds)
Climbing stairs or a ladder infrequently
Stooping/Bending forward at waist continuously
Crouching/Squatting occasionally
Reaching continuously up, down, and forward
Eye-hand coordination
Frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists
Frequent and/or forceful pinching
Ability to grasp cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and boxes
