Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in company systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and processes
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in customer service
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Previous background in a call center or customer service setting is highly desirable
