We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and handling administrative tasks efficiently. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering a chance to grow within the Real Estate industry while working onsite for at least three days a week.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to inbound client calls with professionalism and resolve inquiries promptly
Manage customer interactions through email correspondence, ensuring accurate and timely communication
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records efficiently
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed
Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and track relevant information
Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs effectively
Process orders and ensure accuracy in entry and follow-ups
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
Leverage Yardi software to manage property-related tasks and operations
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
Experience with Yardi software is preferred
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with the Real Estate industry is a plus
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Comfortable working onsite for at least three days a week
