We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas in a fully onsite contract-to-permanent role. This position focuses on delivering responsive support to customers while managing order-related activity, coordinating sales documentation, and helping maintain smooth communication across internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable handling a high volume of requests, and able to balance front-line customer interactions with detailed administrative work.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full cycle of customer-facing sales support activities, including preparing quotes, entering orders, and updating change requests accurately and on time
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers by handling inbound inquiries and placing outbound calls related to delivery timelines, order updates, payment matters, and sales documentation
Retrieve and upload quotes, orders, and survey-related materials through customer portals while ensuring records remain complete and current
Coordinate survey processing with cross-functional partners such as Quality and Accounting to keep customer requirements and internal follow-up aligned
Forward customer requests involving payment terms or account-related changes to the appropriate accounting contacts for review and action
Provide day-to-day assistance to outside sales and marketing teams, including helping with event and tradeshow logistics when needed
Perform data entry and document tracking within company systems to support accurate reporting, recordkeeping, and workflow management
Record customer feedback, including compliments and complaints, and assist with general office support such as front desk coverage, incoming calls, and mail distribution
Support additional sales department activities as priorities shift, while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced onsite environment
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent practical experience in a customer service or sales support environment
Experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar role involving frequent interaction with clients
Ability to process orders, sales quotes, and related documentation with strong attention to detail
Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls in a detail-focused and service-focused manner
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on time-sensitive requests
Proficiency with data entry and general office systems used for order management and document handling
Effective written and verbal communication skills when working with customers, sales teams, and internal departments
