We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Arlington, Virginia. This role involves providing exceptional service by supporting meeting processes, documenting discussions, and ensuring accurate information is captured and organized. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry and communication, enabling smooth operations for the assigned tasks.
Job Responsibility:
Accurately transcribe meeting minutes and discussions in real time
Document key points and decisions made during meetings using computer-based tools
Perform precise data entry tasks to maintain organized and accessible records
Edit and refine documents to ensure clarity and professionalism
Collaborate effectively with team members to distribute finalized meeting minutes
Provide timely updates and complete required documentation by the end of each day
Utilize strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and clarify information
Support in-person meetings by preparing and managing necessary documentation
Operate computer systems efficiently to accomplish assigned tasks
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service, including call center or order entry roles
Strong proficiency in typing and computer operation
Ability to transcribe and summarize meeting discussions accurately
Skilled in editing and formatting documents
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with distributing meeting minutes and managing records
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily deadlines
Nice to have:
Previous experience handling inbound and outbound calls is a plus
