We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in RTP, North Carolina. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience. Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, ensuring accurate and efficient communication
Process and manage order entries while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Provide attentive and courteous support to customers, resolving issues and addressing concerns effectively
Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering timely assistance and solutions
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service standards
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services to address customer needs effectively
Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately for future reference
Identify opportunities for improving customer service processes and contribute to team success
Follow company protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance and high-quality service
Adapt to changing priorities and support additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers
Proficiency in handling order entry and managing inbound and outbound calls
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills to address customer concerns efficiently
Familiarity with customer service tools and software is a plus
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to changing needs
