We need a customer service superstar to join our team to ensure we surpass the expectations of our distributors and customers every day. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton to be responsible for interacting with our Rest of World customers based in Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa. You’ll also work closely with internal teams to provide an exceptional service.
Job Responsibility:
Responding to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat etc.)
Providing accurate information about products, services, pricing and policies
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and collaborating with other departments/teams to address complex concerns
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Updating customers on orders status and delivery timeframes
Following established procedures to handle returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims
Maintaining a deep understanding of our products, services and features
Requirements:
At least two years’ customer service experience
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, SAP/ERP and other relevant software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industry trends
Must currently live in New Zealand and have the legal right to work in NZ
Nice to have:
Fluency in both Spanish and English
Experience in customer service and/or sales order management
Experience in the agriculture sector
Experience supporting fencing products or a strong farming background
A qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
