Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment, strong sales skills, and excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibility:

Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
Upselling products and services to customers
Entering customer information into computer systems
Assisting with other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
Strong sales skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work full time Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Ability to work occasional Saturdays
