We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Joliet, Illinois. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with attention to detail and efficiency. Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail and courtesy
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records using Jonas Club Software
Provide support with order entry tasks, ensuring all data is input correctly
Collaborate with team members to address complex customer concerns and find effective solutions
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance
Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Follow business casual dress code guidelines to maintain a neat and appropriate appearance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls
Familiarity with Jonas Club Software or similar systems is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic setting
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data entry
Comfortable working within a business casual dress code
Availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
