We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Urbandale, Iowa. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing their inquiries and processing claims efficiently. Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Deliver accurate information and solutions to resolve customer inquiries
  • Process claims promptly and ensure proper documentation
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain records
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage communications and documentation

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in typing at 45-60 words per minute
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
