Job Description:

As a key member of the Customer Service team, responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, creating parts quotes, supporting sales teams, and collaborating with departments to ensure smooth operations. This full-time, in-office role is based in Omaha, NE, and involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting orders
Creating accurate and timely parts quotes
Supporting Inside and Outside Sales teams, plus Market Development Managers
Collaborating across departments to fulfill and revise orders
Managing phone and email queues with professionalism and care
Logging customer feedback and ensuring follow-through in our CRM system

Requirements:

Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook and Teams)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write clear, professional emails without relying on scripts
A proactive mindset—you think on your feet and take initiative
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Comfortable working under pressure and handling interruptions with grace
Confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels
