Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Exton, Pennsylvania. This role involves engaging with clients and managing inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Job Responsibility:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and attentive manner
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using company systems
Assist with order entry and processing to ensure timely fulfillment
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes
Verify and complete required documentation for audits and compliance purposes
Conduct site visits as needed to ensure operational standards are being met
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, call center operations, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to perform accurate order entry and data management
Familiarity with basic auditing processes and compliance documentation
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
Detail-oriented approach and ability to interact with clients effectively
