We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. As part of our team, you will contribute to improving the overall customer experience and organizational performance.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional support by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions to address concerns
Manage incoming inquiries and cases, ensuring prompt resolution of customer issues
Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding pending matters and their progress
Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee customer requests and complaints are handled efficiently
Work closely with management and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving customer service strategies
Participate in training sessions, events, and virtual conferences to enhance skills and knowledge
Perform additional tasks as needed to support departmental objectives
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure
Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to suggest improvements
Proficiency in typing at least 50 words per minute
Familiarity with call center software and basic office tools
