We’re looking for Customer Service superstars ready to hit the ground running in a temp role with the potential to extend up to 6 months and possibly beyond. This is an immediate start, and we're looking for people who can handle volume, stay calm under pressure and genuinely care about solving problems. Think building relationships, running thorough investigations into customer issues and helping customers feel heard, understood, and supported. If you've worked in a call centre before, especially with escalations, complaints, or complex cases, you'll be right at home here! A background in automotive, insurance or banking is a bonus but not essential.

A genuine, humble approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience
Great communication skills verbal and written

Automotive or Call Centre experience
