Customer Service Representative

• Address customer concerns by opening trouble tickets and tracking the resolution process
• Provide clear explanations of product options, associated fees, and services
• Utilize customer service tools and systems efficiently to assist customers, ensuring timely and effective support
• Follow established procedures to resolve routine issues, seeking guidance when necessary
• Maintain performance standards by consistently achieving call center metrics and quality benchmarks
• Encourage customers to use self-service platforms and tools for faster solutions
• Inform customers about current promotions and upgraded products to enhance their experience
• Offer rate quotes and promote prepayment options to support customer needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment
• Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail
• Ability to conduct research and resolve customer concerns effectively
• Proficiency in email correspondence with clear and detail-oriented communication
• Experience providing accurate quotes to customers
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
