We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, process claims with accuracy, and ensure efficient handling of inquiries. Job Responsibility:
Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism
Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients
Accurately process claims and maintain detailed records for quality assurance
Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage documentation and communications effectively
Maintain high typing accuracy, achieving speeds of 60-75 words per minute
Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and contribute to overall success
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to type between 60-75 words per minute with accuracy
Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
Motivated and eager to learn new processes and systems
Proven ability to deliver consistent and high-quality results
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
