This position provides essential support to customer-facing teams to ensure the delivery of prompt, professional, and convenient service to assigned clients. While the initial contract is 100% remote, this role is designed with the goal of conversion to a Full-Time Employee (FTE).
Job Responsibility:
Assist the customer-facing team in delivering high-quality service to a dedicated client base
Manage critical back-end operations, including invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients
Proactively manage the end-to-end order process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Quickly absorb complex product knowledge and apply it to meet specific client needs
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of Business-to-Business (B2B) client/customer service experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to multitask in a professional environment
Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs
