Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner
Resolve issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information about products or services
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and meet performance metrics
Collaborate with team members to ensure the best service possible
Requirements:
1+ years of solid customer service experience or call center experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
