Our client, a global leader in the flooring industry, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Saint-Bruno team. Working in a bilingual and stimulating environment, you will be the cornerstone of customer satisfaction. You will brilliantly orchestrate the entire order cycle to guarantee an exceptional customer experience and maximize our operational efficiency.
Job Responsibility
Manage the full order cycle, from ERP system entry to final delivery
Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and lead times
Collaborate closely with the warehouse and internal departments to resolve logistical challenges
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure rigorous follow-up on customer files
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative or Account Management role
Perfectly bilingual (French/English) with excellent writing skills, as you will interact daily with clients and suppliers outside of Quebec who speak only English
Proficient with ERP systems (knowledge of Navision is an asset)
Cheerful and proactive temperament with excellent priority management
Ability to work in Saint-Bruno with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
