We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Real Estate Client in Walnut Creek. This is an onsite temporary position anticipated to last 1 week. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with reaching out to members and reminding them of the annual membership dues
Answer any questions customers have about what amount is due and when as some customers pay on an annual basis and others quarterly
Data entry of client conversations and follow up emails as the customer request
Must enjoy being on the phone and interacting with customers
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the real estate or property industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
Problem-solving skills with a commitment to finding solutions
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
