Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Portland, Tennessee. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to customers while handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Job Responsibility:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Accurately process orders and ensure all customer information is entered correctly
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues
  • Record and update customer information in company systems to maintain accurate records
  • Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to accurately enter data and process orders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Familiarity with customer service software or tools
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in fast-paced settings
  • High level of patience and professionalism when dealing with diverse customer personalities
