Job Responsibility
Respond to incoming customer calls with empathy and clear communication
Assist individuals with questions, service requests, and general support needs in a call center environment
Enter orders and update customer information accurately within internal systems
Handle both inbound and outbound calls to provide follow-up, resolve concerns, and confirm details as needed
Document customer interactions thoroughly to support service continuity and accurate recordkeeping
Coordinate with internal team members to address issues efficiently and ensure timely resolution
Maintain a consistent focus on service quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or call center support is required
Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
Experience with order entry and data input in a fast-paced setting
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of customers
Comfortable making outbound calls for follow-up and service-related communication
Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records
Ability to work independently while also collaborating well with a team
