We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cudahy, WI. This 1st shift office position is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Enter and maintain customer information in company systems
Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, shipping, production) to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Support general office administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service or office experience preferred
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with ERP or order entry systems a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
