Robert Half is searching for a Customer Service Representative for a high volume remote call center environment. The Customer Service Representative role is a long-term contract to hire opportunity. The hours for the Customer Service Representative are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm. You must also be available to work one weekend per month. This is a remote position, however, you must reside in EST, CST, or MDT.
Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers, adjusters, inspectors, internal staff, etc.
Route and schedule appointments for inspectors
Monitor emails and scheduling requests
Verify that appointments are confirmed and routed appropriately
Escalate customer issues when appropriate
Requirements:
Skilled in both verbal and written communication
Previous customer service and or call center experience
Ability to multi-task
Organization and prioritization are key for this position
Computer savvy
Self-starter and a quick learner
Ability to stay calm in a stressful, busy environment
