Job Responsibility:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly, courteously, and professionally
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Record customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
Oversee customer service procedures, ensuring policies are followed
Build and sustain strong customer relationships and maintain up-to-date customer records
Carry out additional tasks as directed by management
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
Skilled with customer service software, databases, and CRM systems
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure
