Requirements:
1 to 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment
Must have prior experience in multi-channel support (tickets, email, phone, chat)
Excellent written and spoken English

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
Willing to work night shift
Nice to have:
