Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to help provide exceptional service and support to their customers. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution
Build rapport with customers and elevate their experience with personalized service
Keep detailed records of interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Support cross-functional teams by providing valuable customer insights and feedback
Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and improve processes
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience (1-2 years preferred) or a related role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer service software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma required
associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
