We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced service environment in Ohio. This Contract position is ideal for someone with at least 2 years of experience handling high-volume customer interactions, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The role focuses on delivering attentive support across inbound and outbound communications while using internal systems to document activity and assist with claim-related inquiries.
Job Responsibility:
Respond to a large volume of incoming customer calls with accuracy and a service-focused approach
Place outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, provide updates, and resolve open service matters
Enter customer orders and service details into internal systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Record all customer interactions, updates, and resolutions clearly to maintain complete and reliable documentation
Support insurance claim inquiries by gathering information, clarifying next steps, and directing issues appropriately
Use Salesforce and related platforms to manage customer records, track case activity, and monitor follow-up needs
Address customer concerns efficiently by researching issues and providing timely, solution-oriented responses
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure requests are handled promptly and customers receive consistent communication
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in customer service
preferably within a call center or high-call-volume environment
Proven ability to manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Experience with order entry and updating customer information in business systems
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools used for case tracking and customer record management
Strong written documentation skills with the ability to capture accurate service details
Background supporting insurance claims or handling claim-related customer questions is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
