Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in San Francisco, California. The role involves representing company services at events, managing logistics, and providing excellent customer service to clients in fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibility:

Represent company services effectively at events, webinars, and benefits fairs to engage with potential clients
deliver concise and compelling presentations to communicate key offerings and value propositions
ensure smooth event operations by managing logistics and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and event success
uphold a business casual dress code to maintain a detail-oriented appearance

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or client-facing role
strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse audiences
ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
experience with order entry and managing customer inquiries in a timely manner
friendly and confident demeanor, capable of building rapport with clients
ability to stand for long periods and work in dynamic event settings
flexibility to adapt to various situations and maintain a positive attitude
familiarity with business casual dress standards, excluding jeans and sneakers
